for example you should schedule "community check-ins" after major updates to get feedback from brickplanet users themselves and you should do it within a few days of the update being added

I hope yall writing this down, also there should be some type of account to be like a "default friend" for new users that can also answer simple questions and interact. If the question is too complicated u could give it a text recognition feature to refer the user to the page they're looking for with the answer
