why when one time when i did max graphics and post processing it ran at really good fps but all the other times were like 6 fps is this proof that insdel made a script so that if youre at best graphics it runs slower?

Nope, your computer is just not powerful enough, when I launch in any game, I get high fps, but you might be talking about textures and bricks loading in, because when every I load in a game that has a lot of bricks or textures it lags bad!

i get about 270 fps on my spahire rx 470 on highest settings and while loading i get around 490 fps although i dont actually see a difference with low graphics and high

(btw: my cpu is the apu-7860k, i know it sucks but im poor lol and a 7890k is out of my budget)
