No, it does not have any viruses and falsely triggers the anti virus
I use a windows but when i try to download brick planet my PC doesn't let me because the file is apparently dangerous so chrome blocked it. Does it actually have a virus?

No. Windows says that about all files you download, unless the company that made the file were to pay for a license
