-fixed bug with weapons not working on round start/death
-set game back to first person

-fixed bug with tool giving
-made it first person again
-players now awarded xp upon kills
-level system in place
-money system in place
-NOTE: both xp and money are currently hidden from the player
-WARNING: expect frequent data wipes, still figuring out create a class
-WARNING: currently plenty of bugs, current being with FFA. please report them to me on disc with screenshot if possible thanks

-ADDED RIOT SHIELD
-added bullet spread to m16, a bit funky
-added more textures to map
-added light detailing to some buildings
-added coloring to some buildings
current focus: create a class system/more weapons
