How do i even join a game?

I have been trying to join a game and it isnt working, is it something with my installer?

Hello! This seems like your anti-virus is blocking BrickPlanet, please go to your anti-virus, and go to protection settings. Scroll to "Exclusions" and please select the brickplanet installer. Install the game again and try joining.
