A lot of people would offer to be a moderator, I believe Isaac doesn't have the trust to hire more unknown people he doesn't really know, sire.
Ellernatefan has offered herself to become a moderator to Isaac with no luck and or response, I believe Isaac only offers trusted people he meets and befriends, sire.
I would do the job of moderation, sire and a lot of willing and other very passionate individuals to Brickplanet would do it as well.

Ellernatefan is quite trusted in the community and so are you too. I believe you and him could without a doubt become mods, I just don't understand why Isaac won't hire anyone else even though we could use more people.

Ellernatefan is beyond trusted but more of a individual who wants to assist the community in the most ways she can, Isaac probably doesn't know who Ellernatefan is and only really contributes to the development side of Brickplanet.
I might be well-known, I do not see myself as trusted, sire. If she got a response and Isaac saw what she was doing she would be guaranteed a position for Moderator.
A lot of the things I have mentioned include 1 user, there are many users behind the scenes who do a lot more then I do, such examples are the top forum posters who mostly keep this community striving, users of the week who help and assist people. Tinfoil is another individual who would be guaranteed a position for moderator, because most of these users are individuals who are noticed by staff and have a lot of recognition.

I do not know methods, sire. All I know is most of the staff on the team currently are probably good friends of Isaac and have been invited to join the Staff team, sire.

I asked Hypo and he said he just knows Isaac online. None of the staff right now know Isaac personally. So then I should not be expected to also. I will try to start a conversation, but that might be difficult, as he never responds. Oh well, Im trying my best! hah

Theres no need for more staff atm. When the community grows and theres more activity, then it will be needed.
