Error when using workshop

whenever i try to open workshop from the web and test play the game in it i always get this error "Could not find client path"
i tried opening workshop in file but then i get the error "There was an error loading your place"
tried reinstalling brickplanet but error still persist
Any help?

The path to the game client is not correct if you want to do a new clean install to see if it helps out or not fallow these steps.
1. win + r (on keyboard)
2. %temp% (clear it all)
3. re do step 1 and then input this %appdata%
4. AppData\Local\BrickPlanet (delete any folder in there named BrickPlanet)
5. AppData\LocalLow\BrickPlanet (delete any folder in there named BrickPlanet)
after all that try a new fresh BrickPlanet install. https://www.brickplanet.com/download
