If your account has disappeared, this is most likely due to it being banned or terminated with reason. If you feel you have been falsely punished you can open up a ticket in our Discord server.

It would seem it was banned, I suggest going to the discord at https://discord.gg/brickplanet heading over to #contact-us and open a ticket.
