This guys wants me to trade with him but he is giving me a snowman head and other stuff that is worth 253 credits and he wants a christmas unique crate that is worth about 243 credits. Good deal or nah?

Depends on what you want. Me personally, Id say yes, because you get multiple items, and sell most of them for a higher price than what they are worth, and make more money, so you can buy more limiteds.
