If you're trying to convert your currencies, then yes, the currency conversion works (e.g. 12.99 bits to 1 credit or 1 credit to 7.50 bits, please note that these values I put in here will make a slight change) and for the level, no, your level isn't relevant.

i already forgot how it works but it has something to do witth how many bits or credits there are idk
