I really don’t have a better way to describe it other than mild autism—sounds really mean I know but they act as abrasive and strange as someone who has autism. Not meant in a mean way, I have many friends from there. But I challenge you to visit any normal town (not tourist destination) for more than 2 weeks and see if I’m right, go alone, talk to people, see for yourself.
