Reality is that I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING ANYMORE. I have been CENSORED and I don’t want to be CENSORED even more than I already have

using anger is not going to help, and it can be very dangerous perhaps you should just relax and focus on the good things you do while avoiding negative thoughts
