Brick Planet Clan League, AKA BPCL, is an association with the goal to unite Brick Planet's clanning community in one place. BPCL will standardize combat for all clans of the community to learn, practice, and use by any means they see fit.
BPCL is an association of neutral grounds and is not in any way owned by nor in favor of any clan.
Any war clan or otherwise military-themed group is capable of association.
