I Can't use my Supporter Codes

Isaac and none of the staff team will help me. Whenever I try to make the account it says that the username field is required (which it's obviously not) and if I put in the username it says the username is already taken. Like duh, it's already taken by ME. Does anyone know what's going on? Because I know I didn't pay $5 for nothing.

Instead of getting those accounts, it is in your previous username section where you can change your name for free with whatever names you bought

A supporter code is something that you used to be able to purchase awhile back to give you benefits on this site. I don't think you can purchase them anymore...
