Believe it or not, Isaac has more important things to do than cave into your demands for a new rare. Unlike you, Isaac has a busy schedule and has things to do. Making a rare item isn't on the top of that schedule. Maybe if you weren't putting so much stress on Isaac by putting in these DEMANDS for a rare, then a rare would've already come out.
