We've been working hard for the past few days to stabilize the website since it was just released. Over time it will improve. Sorry about the downtime!

That’s to be expected. You might also want to prepare for when games release, I’m sure a large amount of people will be on which will overload the game and website servers

My estimation is around 50-150 users. I expect around 100, but anything could happen.
