Hey everyone! Welcome back to yet another wonderful BP News article. We have so much to cover for you guys, that things are going to get crazy. Let's get straight into the news with some updates that have been released on the website!
More downtime? Really?
There have been multiple times that the website has gone offline this week, with today having even more maintenance than yesterday. Isaac confirmed yesterday in a statement that he was bringing the site offline to fix a signup bug, but we are unaware of why the website was truly offline for today's downtime. Maybe the mystery will be soon revealed! We'll keep you updated on our future articles.
Minor changes around the website
Have you noticed the few changes? They aren't major, but there have been some redesigns done to the shop front page, and you can see top clothing, recently uploaded assets, and more! Guilds have also been improved, allowing you to actually click on the name and be redirected to that specific guild. Scripts? No more!
Isaac has recently pushed out a statement saying that all automated scripts are now bannable on BrickPlanet. This means that if you run the automatic friend script, buy all free clothing scripts, and more, you are at risk of an IP ban. Make sure to keep your account clean so you don't have to face these issues!
New assets are on the catalog right now!
Head on down to the shop, and grab yourself some new hair, and some new faces! They're from the previous website, but they can help you in the future design your avatar! My personal favorite? The Deal With It Shades. They really bring the drip out!
Upgrades are now available!
Isaac has released upgrades to the website, and you're now able to buy memberships like Astro and Astro plus, and you can buy currency (Credits and Bits!) The unfortunate downside right now is that you can only buy these things in cryptocurrency, which is strange, but hopefully, PayPal support will release down the road.
