many people are spreading hate speech towards BP/BP users

I propose a system that will automatically censor key phrases or a combination of words for instance:

"brickplanet is bad" "(insert some sandbox ad)" "brickplanet isn't ___" "brickplanet isn't what it used to be" "I hate bp"

stuff like that
