- Additional Updates to Item Value Calculations
Hello all!
Thank you for your recent feedback on our new way of calculating value on shop items. We understand that this change was significant and negatively impacted net worth for some players.
We've made additional updates to our algorithm and we're refreshing item values now. You should see these changes take place over the next 24 hours.
To clarify:
- We're now reviewing an item's entire sales history and accepted offers.
- Once those sales are placed in our model, we filter through obvious fraudulent sales (sales between alt accounts, mass sales between players in a short amount of time, one-off "high" or "low" sales, and other internal checks).
- The final number you are seeing is an average of sales determined to be legitimate by the model, after running checks against accounts participating in the sale.
As we've said before, we're making these changes to protect item valuations and ensure a fair economy for everyone. No one user or sale should determine (or swing) an item's value to erroneously inflate or deflate an item's value.
We'll continue to take your feedback and improve the features we have available for you. Thank you again for taking the time to provide us with your insight.
Alright I guess

Killing the economy- very nice, well done!
