Kinda. School is expensive af. Taxis and housing is pretty expensive but lowkey might be better than the UK (where I was born and raised). Groceries are actually kinda cheap. I was expecting it to be more expensive since it's a Gulf country. Oman seems to be cheaper to live in though, which is one of the reasons why I'm a little interested in it. (for reference, Oman borders the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Yemen. It's the most overlooked Gulf country due to Saudi Arabia's Islamic importance + Saudi Arabia exports the most oil out of the six Gulf countries, UAE having Dubai as a popular tourism spot, Kuwait having the world's strongest currency and Bahrain having the 2nd strongest, and Qatar's GDP per Capita is the highest in the world.)
