Any clues on how to get working textures on shoes?

I thought I had it figured out but they always come out black. Any tips would be helpful

This actually looks like an issue on our end, and I noticed it while reviewing your submission. I've made a note and we'll take a look. In the meantime, I made your shoes private and if anymore are pending they'll remain there until we get it fixed. I'll check back!

I had the same issue when I used to make UGCs
