We understand that you might encounter a few issues with Brick Planet here and there. To keep things effective, safe, and smooth, please follow these general guidelines when it comes to posting in Help:

  1. Do not post personal account details or your personal information. Players can't help you with this, and it's unsafe to do so. Instead, skip to number 5.

  2. Don't post about your account suspensions. Yes, we understand it's a bit frustrating to get a suspension. We use a combination of human and automated reviews for content (including posts, usernames, items, games, and more). Sometimes those reviews result in a swing of the ban hammer. Skip to number 5 and we an discuss it through the proper channels.

  3. Don't post complaints. Everyone has their own opinions, and we value them. Instead of posting complaints here, shoot us your thoughts on one of our social media channels.

  4. Don't post fake help requests. Silly requests like "how do i turn on microwave?" are considered spam, and will result in your posts being removed or your account being suspended. Keep it clean and legit.
