I do look at my hands, then I use my right hand to hold the blood until I find a tap to wash it then I use tissues

I don't understand how your nose bleeds for no reason, it never happened to me. You have to punch me if you wanna make my nose bleed.

pressure as in physical body pressure, things like sneezing too hard can cause it its not something you can avoid either, especially where i am the winter air is more arid which can easily cause a nosebleed. Same thing with stress, people can't just "destress", if it was that easy then people would do so. The skin on the septum inside the nose is very thin and there are blood vessels near the surface, its not like the rest of your body

Nosebleeds become more common in the summer for me, but I haven't had a nosebleed since late 2024 though

Well, that's weird. I never had a nosebleed.
Nosebleeds are nothing compared to what happened to me in the Summer of 2025, I almost died of 2 heart attacks back in August.
