what happens to rounded down bits/credits

when something costs 1 bit or credit, it gets taxed 20% so thats 0.8. but its forced to round up, but then bp doesnt get the tax so does the whole thing get taken

It would appear they disappear.
Oddly enough, the 100 bit to 1 credit is really close but actually somewhat off. I had 19,077 bits but attempting to trade all at once offered 191 credits instead of 190. The limit was 19,072 bits saving me 5 bits and rounding that last 72 into a full credit.
