So crazy how much BP and adjacent sites used to consume my life

After I joined BP in December 2017 (bro nearly 8 years ago D':) I had genuinely dedicated HOURS DAILY to Brickplanet, then Brick Hill, then Cubash, Brickopolis, Bopimo (im talking the OLD bopimo), and idk so many other that I can't think of.
I was such a degenerate. I never joined school clubs, never hung out w irl friends or family, I just stayed online foruming all day everyday. In total I definitely had 100K+ forum posts across all these sites
Then, like 3ish years ago I quit it all. I changed all my passwords to something random just so I could actually have a chance at living. Actually the best decision ever
I logged on today to BP just to see what this site is like and its dead. But it's cool, there are some sweet memories on here. But like, honestly, I don't miss any of it. I work 2 jobs, go to college full time, and am so involved w being social IRL I genuinely feel a repulsion when I think of sitting down at a computer and unless it's to play video games w IRL friends

and having to waste most of your time working 2 jobs and going to college to study some g4rb4g3 subject like mathematics or philosophy doesn't make you superior to everyone else.

Honestly really good for you man, I do like this site and don't think i'll stop playing but I definitely do not stay on 24/7, good for you though :)
