Yes, they do! It's just hard to spot since the games currently are low in activity. I check the games page once a day and occasionally see another user in-game.
It's good to join if you see another user, especially a new user so you can welcome them to BrickPlanet

yeah they have, for example you might take a look at Playa's game, when he wasn't banned it was the first game on the page
