We have petitioned for reform in the most humble terms. Our repeated pleas have been met with silence or shallow promises.
Therefore, we, the loyal citizens of BIoxCity, appealing to the supreme judge of virtual liberty, do, in the name and by authority of our united builders, solemnly declare:
That BIoxCity is, and ought to be, a free and sovereign platform, with full power to build servers, develop games, form alliances, reward creativity, and to do all other acts and things which independent platforms may rightfully do.
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of our shared code and community, we mutually pledge to each other our loyalty, our imagination, and our endless updates.
