- It's time to say goodbye
Hey everyone,
It's tough to write this, honestly. Never really thought I'd be here. My whole journey here started way back, when legends like ellernatefan, cov, bill, 86, and so many others were still around, shaping this place. We shared laughs, cries, we just dreamed together.
But, you know how it goes. One by one, I watched them leave. The people who made this place feel like home, they just kinda faded out. And with each person who left, it felt like a piece of my own story here was just gone. Until now, standing here, it's clear my own adventure, the one I poured everything into, has reached its end.
I still remember why I even joined BP. Two big reasons, really: I wanted to become an admin, and I wanted to hit 10,000 credits. Well, I got the credits, and then some. I even stopped the largest raid group. Ellernatefan, Hitman, and I, we stopped them. And I even built a group with over 300 players. It was wild.
Looking back, I've done pretty much everything I wanted to do, and then some. Every challenge, every win, every friend I made. Everything, except that admin dream. That's just not gonna happen, and seeing that, it's like the final page of my book here just turned.
And speaking of things ive done, "Friends of Brickplanet." That group wasn't just a bunch of numbers, it was a community built on being generous. I'm really hoping, with everything in me, that someone out there will be willing to take it over, to keep that giveaway spirit alive. You know, I put a ton into it – a lot of time, a lot of credits too. I gave away a total of 11.5k credits, and honestly, spent way more just keeping everything running smoothly. But seeing all those users winning actual money not just some spare change, the excitement when someone won something, it made every single credit, every single hour, feel completely worth it. That joy, man, you just can't put a price on that.
This wasn't just some game for me. It was a whole world, full of memories, big wins, and, even some tough times. It was where I found a purpose, where I found all of you. And even though I'm logging off for good now, everything we shared, all those echoes of our time together, they're gonna stick with me.
Thanks for everything, truly.
