I strongly believe that AI was used extensively in the making of this redesign. Take a look at the 404 page here: https://www.brickplanet.com/hi
Do you notice the blinking puddle? Why is it even there? I don't see a reason. It doesn't look like something a human would want explicitly want to code in, even on a whim.

Design is a big part of frontend and making a site look spazzy! I can gauruntee you that this was intentional design to make the website feel alive and have more vibrance.
