It can be bit inconvenient to scroll back up to navigate to a page that involves a sidebar.

It looks as if the web designer were new to CSS and did not test the scrolling auto-stick/stay sidebar before releasing it to the public.

<aside> should have a CSS: "position: fixed;" on its styling.

To community, reply with statement if you agree or disagree.

Most of the websites uses the fixed sidebar that stays in place when scrolling when they use a sidebar. In fact, what BrickPlanet's sidebar currently have, this is similar to DM chat sidebar where DM tabs move along with the chat and not stay in place.
