Why are you charging infinite currency that can randomly be made in certain amounts? It doesn't make sense if you have the potential of making 1 million dollars but still taxing the guy with 5 dollars?

Yes 'mam, we are going to tax you your money even though we have an infinite resource. Yes 'mam, we do this cause we want more microtransaction payments that users buy something from us with real money. No 'mam, we do not use this for anything useful.
