I don't think so. He doesn't usually hire people that he doesn't know that why ellernate isn't a admin

Start blocking temporary email address and forwarder domains, that should slow them down.

Blocking users via fingerprinting/canvas data could work, but there's only so much data actually stored in logs that can't be spoofed.

Actually a good idea would be to block vpns on sign up but still allow them when signed in. So they're forced to sign up without a vpn/proxy.
