Binfoil is of a unique meaning, bin is the 'British' formed 'slang' for a trashcan, sire.
Are you inferring that 'Tinfoil' is trash, sire?

I'm not sure when it was formed into a slang word, sire. Speaking to many British people over the period I've been living it has become very apparent that 'bin' is the word they use to reference a 'trashcan'.
Though you're more than able to do your own research on this, sire.
