2-Have zero tolerance policy for dramas. At least a week suspension. This will solve all dramas.

3-Bring back monthly showcases and add rewards like 1500 credits to whoever wins it and 500 credits to whoever gets featured. This would promote being nice and would be a great hype.

4-More contests. This will make more activity and more forum posts for example. Whoever makes the most forum posts in a month without spamming. The first 5 gets a special item.

5-Hire more staff, make a new sub-staff could be created called "Forum Staff". This would end all spamming.
