basically i had 4 bots on each team, and it was like several rounds in the CTs had a good play the bomb had been planted all the other T's were dead (except 1) and there was 3 CTs left one T was fighting some other CT so the T was distracted so didnt know that the other CTs were both going to defuse the bomb

but suddenly the T managed to kill the CT it was fighting and then run out of its hiding place and somehow, with perfect aim, kill the 2 CTs that were at the bomb

ive never seen that before because bots usually miss their shots even when the enemy is standing still
