Being able to join 100/unlimited groups isn't mentioned there and it hasn't been for months
Oh and if you are at the maximum amount of groups joined it says you should upgrade to VIP, Astro Ultimate doesn't have a badge and people with it have the Astro Plus badge, and also the VIP badges still exist
