Add support of ciliric symbols

Hi there! I am one of Russian players community of Planetarian, all good, BUT they have only one problem that make exploring a few terrible for russian speaking players - unsupportative of cirilic symbols. Please, Isaac, its just a few symbols, but at the same time - its a big step for russian speaking planetarians to explore more cool!

Unfortunately, BP has banned all other languages because it's easier to bypass on another language.

Oh but you speak Russian? Ah nice, I'm learning it lol! Any tips on Grammer or anything of note?
