thoughts on rentable rare items?

Isaac recently announced in the BP Discord server that rentable rare items are coming to BP! Any thoughts?
Also, which would you rather have and why:

Choice 1: Rent your rare to the system, and earn 1% monthly without the hassle of waiting for a real player.
Choice 2: Set your own price and rent it out to players.

System renting will be the most convenient although less profitable. A guaranteed 1% monthly is better than hassling around to find someone who's willing to rent for a good price.

I'm all up for it, and I think anyone who has items will be too since no one wears all their items at once.

I agree with this - if I had to choose one, I'd rather have system renting just because 1% interest a month would be an amazing source of credits. But both are pretty good options, it would be cool to see high demand items like VBS being rented out
