Take time from the relationship, you dont need to force anything, if its not meant to be then its not meant to be. Time will heal the wounds.

Go talk to a therapist if youre feeling down

Do something you enjoy to get your mind off of the lesser parts of your life

Make an effort to improve yourself, not others. Changing others isnt up to you. You can help them but you cant change them
