How do you compose yourself in a moment of pure sadness and misery? How do you get someone to like you that would rather not talk to you again? How do you fix broken relationships.
Taking advice because I am desperate and I got really nobody else to ask. I know posting this on BP is a mistake but I just need help with these things.

Apologize, be the bigger person. Your own ego/the desire to be right shouldnt be why a relationship falls apart
Take time from the relationship, you dont need to force anything, if its not meant to be then its not meant to be. Time will heal the wounds.
Go talk to a therapist if youre feeling down
Do something you enjoy to get your mind off of the lesser parts of your life
Make an effort to improve yourself, not others. Changing others isnt up to you. You can help them but you cant change them
