Can you gift something to someone or not?

I wanted to give something to a friend but i dont know how (or i dont know if i can lol)

you can give credits/bits via trading or buying their clothes (they can just upload the base template),
or you can make an invite only group and giveaway items with the minimum time limit for them to join, if the item is rare you can just trade it to them
