Its some toilet with a human head on it or smth idk

I dont see why its interesting besides the character design of the camera dude. I think the design is cool but idk its getting recommended to me. I think its stupid but thats my own opinion

Because they are kids. Anything that is unusual that tries to be funny is automatically funny to them
