Ooh! It wouldnt be effective in hot temperatures.

My favorite sword is probably a European sword with a circle pommel, black string wrapped handle, straight cross guard, and all of the metal (besides the pommel which will have a golden finish) will have a silvery finish.

i thought he meant on bp haha, in that case i would have to go for a short sword :D
