is there an api that im able to access? i want to make my own discord bot that notifies me whenan item drops

When there is a new item shown, or the image is a different image notify it, i'm sure that's most likely what others do, (they may do something else)
the discord should already have one tbh would b very useful
the bp server doesnt notify you when an item drops but there are people that have made discord bots that do that. I like to make things myself but the script I have is bad because Im an idiot
