How to change who can play my game?

Currently made a "game" but i need to make it private, when I try to change the "Who can play" setting the drop down doesnt popup. Is it disabled?

It's not, when you click the bar under "WHO CAN PLAY?" has 4 choices to select. (Everyone, Friends Only, Custom, & Only Me) If you want to make it private, just select the "Only Me" option, that way your game is private to everyone except you.

While in your game settings, press "ONLY ME" for playing permissions.
